My passion for counseling began long before graduate school. As a preteen, I was drawn to helping others through life’s challenges.Friends often turned to me for support, and I discovered a gift for listening and being present during difficult times. Early on, I realize my purpose was to assist to people recognize their strengths, grow and heal. That calling became the foundation of Mind, Body & Spirit Counseling. As a licensed counselor (CMHC). I combine evidence-face therapy with a holistic view of wellness that honors the mind, body, emotions, relationships, and values. I believe healing is not about fixing what is broken but reconnecting with the parts of ourselves that may be hidden by trauma, anxiety, depression, or life’s challenges. My approach I take a holistic, client- centered approach that respects each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, Mindfulness-DBT, IFS informed, Energy Psychology practices. I I tailor treatment to individual needs. My goal is to provide practical tools, meaningful insight, and a supportive therapeutic relationship thar fosters lasting growth.
